We had to stop at a bike shop as Claire needed her back cassette and chain changed and the bike shop in Montreal was busy and didn't have the right cassette. We enjoyed our time in the store Au Coin Du Pedaleur, as they were friendly, fast, and had a cat for us to play with!
In Trois Rivieres we stayed with Julie's lovely relatives Marie-Renée, Pierre, and their niece Elise. They fed us and gave us a place to sleep, which was so nice of them! Since Montreal, we have entered the territory where people do not speak English. Thus Claire has been doing a lot of nodding and smiling, and Julie has been playing the role of translator.
